Each year, Rising Tide adds a service component to the conference.

Rising Tide is excited to host our second annual food drive this year for Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana. Conference attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods and other non-perishable food items to the registration table on conference day. Last year's conference attendees donated 254 pounds of food and $120, together enough for over 700 meals for our neighbors in South Louisiana who don't have enough food to feed their families. Let's make Rising Tide 6 the most successful ever by beating last year's totals.

Second Harvest Food Bank distributes more than 19 million meals through a network of 240 non-profit member agencies and provides emergency food assistance to more than 263,000 people each year, including nearly 82,000 children and 40,000 seniors.
